Personality: Randall is calm and collective. He is the mature one of Team Lupin, the one that makes the deals, and is key on information on anyone. He doesn't trust anyone that he can't identify beforehand, with the exception of Akane and Beaky. He can be cold and calculating at times, and sometimes has ulterior motives though usually never harmful towards his team. Randall can often be a stick-in-the-mud and is often dragged into things by either Akane or Beaky. The bat sees their new recruit, Rook, as a great asset to the team, though like Akane he doesn't fully trust Rook. He looks on Rook like a business partner though will show a caring to him when needed. He is on good terms with Beaky, and can often meet up with him to relay information of all kinds. Only Randall knows why Beaky left the team, thinks of him no less for it.

History: At a young age, Randall was already independent of anyone and only worried about his own safety. He often used his intellect to trick Mobians into giving him what he needed, as well as acted as negotiator and spy for various organizations including the Freedom Fighters. At eighteen, he caught two twelve-year old kids stealing from him. Though furious, he was impressed with the two kids skills; Beaky with his marksmanship and impressive tactic skills and Akane with her thieving and combat skills. He kept a close eye on them for a long time until they worked together to steal an emerald then take down an Exus robot. From then on they became Team Lupin. After five years of partnership, the group became like a family one the Randall never thought he would find himself in or even want. However, it would not last. Beaky left the the team joining with the Genesis Freedom Fighters. While Akane was distraught and furious, Randall got to the bottom of why. What he learned shocked even him, promising to Beaky that he would never speak about to Akane or anyone else. He personally added Rook to the team some months after, believing the boy had great skill and will be a great asset to the new Team Lupin.
